Privacy policy
Effective October 22, 2026
2nd Korea Inc. ("we") runs 82label.app, the 82label library and the 82label print agent.
1. The label library
82label never sends the data you print (names, addresses, phone numbers …), visitor data or cookies to us; labels are drawn and printed in the visitor's browser. Once a day it reports the domain, page path (no query string), library version and how it is used (CDN, web component, framework) for usage statistics. localhost, IP addresses, single-label hosts and intranet names (.local, .internal, .corp, .lan, .intra …) never report. <html data-82label-telemetry="off"> turns it off for a page.
Loading a template by id fetches its JSON from the site; what browsers normally send (IP address, browser type) may appear in Cloudflare's access logs, which we do not store separately.
2. Accounts
When you sign in with GitHub or Google we store your name, avatar URL and verified email. Your email is never shown; we use it for receipts, admin checks and contacting you.
3. Templates
We store saved templates (JSON), their names and times. Example values are stored with them, so do not use real customer data as examples. Anyone with a template id can read it.
4. Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Toss Payments, which receives and keeps your card details. We store the billing key Toss issues (encrypted), the card company and part of the number, and the amount, time and result of each charge. Payment records are kept for five years as Korean e-commerce law requires.
5. The print agent
When checking its link the agent sends your account key, a random value identifying the PC (a hash of the machine id) and its version. Label pictures and data are processed on your PC only and never sent to us. Update checks only download version information. The allow list and recent jobs stay on your PC (%LOCALAPPDATA%\82label).
6. The forum
Posts, replies and uploaded images are public.
7. Retention
Accounts and templates are deleted on request (payment records the law requires are kept until their period ends). Deleted templates stop loading at once. Rate-limit records keep only a hash of your IP, for two days. Usage statistics hold no personal data.
8. Cookies
One sign-in cookie (30 days) and one admin cookie (12 hours). No advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Processors
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting and storage
- Toss Payments: card subscriptions
- GitHub, Inc. and Google LLC: sign-in
