Terms of use

These terms cover 82label.app (the "site"), the 82label library and the 82label print agent, run by 2nd Korea Inc. ("we").

1. The library

The 82label library (@82label/core) is released under the MIT license: commercial use, modification and redistribution are free as long as the license text is kept. It is provided "as is"; check print results (positions, barcode scanning) on your own paper and printer.

2. CDN

The CDN files on the site are free to use. Abusive traffic may be limited; high-traffic sites should self-host the files.

3. Saved templates

Signed-in users can keep templates on the site and load them by id. Anyone who knows an id can read that template, so keep secrets out of templates. You keep the rights to your templates; we use them only to serve them. The first 3 saved templates are free; beyond that, loading by id needs a subscription.

4. Subscriptions

• Price: ₩5,000 per saved template beyond 3, per month, VAT included; at least one template while subscribed. Subscribers also get the courier waybill templates and the print agent.
• Payments are processed by Toss Payments. Toss Payments holds your card details; we store only the card company and part of the number for display.
• The first month is charged when you add the card, then on the same day each month (the last day for short months). The amount follows the number of paid templates on the charge day; changes apply from the next charge.
• Card statements read "82label 서식 보관 (월 정기)".
• Cancel any time in My templates › Billing. No further charge is made and you keep access until the paid period ends.
• Failed payments are retried for three days; after that, templates beyond your first 3 stop loading by id and subscriber features stop. Nothing is deleted; paying restores them.
• Until the official launch everything is free and nothing is charged. Paid plans will be announced on the site and by email 30 days in advance.

5. Refunds

• If you ask within 7 days of a charge and have not loaded a paid template by id or used the courier templates or the print agent since, we refund that charge in full.
• Otherwise a month that has started is not refunded (a monthly digital service); after cancelling you can keep using it until the period ends.
• If the service is unavailable through our fault for a day or more in a row, we refund the lost days pro rata or extend your period.
• Refund requests: help@2nd-korea.com. Refunds go back to the card used; card companies may take 3 to 7 business days.

6. The print agent

• The 82label print agent (Windows) is free for 30 days from the first link (once per account and per PC), then free for subscribed accounts. It works once linked with an account key; when the trial or subscription ends, silent printing stops and printing falls back to the browser.
• The agent accepts requests only from your own PC and prints only for sites you allowed. You manage the allow list.
• New versions may install automatically (you can turn this off). Only installers signed by us are installed.
• Keys may be revoked if the agent is tampered with or a key is shared.

7. The forum

Harassment, advertising, spam, illegal content or infringing material may be hidden and the account restricted. You keep the rights to what you post; we only display it on the site.

8. Changes

Changes are announced on this page seven days before they take effect (30 days for changes to your disadvantage).
